Gray Boutique Hotel Casablanca

Breakfast was very good, wait staff were friendly and responsive. Location was good within walking distance of several major sites. Room on top floor was spacious with a great balcony. I loved the bed, firm yet not hard. Bathroom size and amenities was excellent. I appreciated the water bottles delivered each day.

A nice breakfast and a very friendly service. Rooms are getting cleaned very well every day. The rooms are big and the location of the hotel is very good, if you don´t mind the neighborhood to much.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by Khawla, one of the most amazing individuals I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. From the very first interaction, Khawla greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like a valued guest. Her genuine kindness and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my stay. Khawla went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and she offered valuable insights into the best places to visit and dine in Casablanca. Her passion for the city and her dedication to making guests feel comfortable were truly remarkable. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or providing any assistance needed, Khawla was always one step ahead, and her impeccable customer service skills left a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was a delightful haven of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The rooms were elegantly appointed and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The on-site dining options were exceptional as well, with a delectable array of dishes that catered to a variety of tastes. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a selection of both local and international cuisine, and the ambiance of the restaurant made every meal a memorable experience. The hotel's central location was also a huge plus, allowing easy access to Casablanca's key attractions and landmarks. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant Medina, visit the Hassan II Mosque, or simply wander around the city's charming streets, everything was within convenient reach.

The bathroom was really really nice with a great shower and more than enough towels and soap. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 3 children even if not a "presidential suite" The master bedroom was fully separated from the leaving room. Nice and cosy. Very nice and careful staff.
